These Terms of Use ("Terms") cover your use of daveden.co.uk (the "Site") and any free or paid content provided through it. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

The Site is operated by Daveden Digital Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 16401801), with its registered office at 44 Watford Way, London NW4 3AL. References to "we", "us", or "I" mean Daveden Digital Ltd.
Use of tutorials, articles, and courses
All tutorials, articles, code snippets, and course material on this Site are provided for personal learning and for use in your own client or employer projects. Unless explicitly marked otherwise:
- You may use code snippets from tutorials in your own projects, commercial or otherwise, without attribution. A link back is appreciated but not required.
- You may quote short excerpts of articles in your own work as long as you credit the source and link to the original page.
- You may not republish a tutorial, article, or course module in full — on a blog, in a newsletter, in a video, in training material, or anywhere else — without written permission.
- You may not resell, sub-license, or repackage the courses, in part or in whole.
Comments and other submissions
When you leave a comment on an article, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store, and moderate that comment on the Site. We may edit comments lightly for formatting, remove comments that violate these Terms, or decline to publish a comment at our discretion.
You agree that comments you submit will not:
- Be unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or threatening.
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Contain spam, advertising, or affiliate links unrelated to the article.
- Impersonate another person.
You remain responsible for the content of anything you submit. If you believe a comment violates these Terms, please report it via the contact form.
Intellectual property
Other than the user submissions described above, all content on the Site — including the layout, written articles, video lessons, images, and the underlying design — is owned by Daveden Digital Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright law.
Links to other sites
Articles, tutorials, and course material often link to external sites — plugin vendors, documentation, related reading, and so on. We don't control those sites and we're not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the destination site.
Disclaimer
Tutorials and articles are provided "as is" and reflect what worked at the time of writing. WordPress, plugins, and tools change frequently; what was current last year may not be current today.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties — express or implied — about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness-for-purpose of the content. Always test code on a staging site before applying it to a live one, and keep backups.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that:
- We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or its content.
